Beauty Contest Rules 1. The picture must be created by you. NO TAKING OTHER PEOPLE'S PICTURES. 2. Only one pet may enter per account. 3. This as of right now, is an all species contest. Every pet competes against every other pet. 3. Click here to send your picture and enter the competition. Include your neopet's name and your neopet's account name along with the picture. 5. There must be at least four participants for the contest to occur. July entries must be submitted by the 10th. The contest will run from the 12th to the 22nd. Pictures will be posted on this page to be voted on. Prizes The more participants we get, the better the prize. This is with the minimum of 4 participants 1st place winner-500nps, 2 books, 2 beauty items 2nd place winner-250nps, a book, a beauty item 3rd place winner-150nps, a beauty item
